Upon arrival at Ibis Aalst with my colleagues, we encountered a slight hiccup with their rooms, swiftly handled by the exceptional receptionist, Kasia, who went above and beyond to secure them alternative accommodations - a true service standout. The staff's assistance and warmth were truly noteworthy, making our stay pleasant and hassle-free. The spacious, modern rooms catered perfectly to our needs, ideal for a pit stop during our European journey. The hotel's convenient location near the motorway made it easy to find and access, with ample amenities such as a bar and 24-hour snacks.
